Online Ordering
I want to order smaller/larger size than what is listed on the website. Is this possible?
Yes! Please feel free to leave any customizations in the notes of your order! We are more than happy to accommodate to the best of our ability!
I am looking at purchasing a hoop from the website but I live in Colorado. Can I pick up my order from you in person to skip on shipping costs?
Yes! There is a Colorado Pick Up option at check out for those who would like to pick up their order in person at the shop and skip on the cost of shipping. In order to access this option, you must check out with a Colorado address. If you are coming from out of state, put in 4777 Leyden St., Denver, CO 80216 for the shipping address and it will allow you to select the Colorado Pick Up option at check out. Once you are notified that your order is ready for pick up, you have 45 days to schedule a pick up time. If you do not pick up your order in the 45 day time frame, you order will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee.

Does JAMhoops Limited ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to Canada! Shipping starts at $45 and increases with amount of JAMhoops you order. All JAMhoops are sent to Canada with International Priority Mail and take roughly 5-10 days to arrive.
How does JAMhoops Limited package my hoop to ship?
We use 100% recycled bubble wrap and a poly tubing to protect your hoop during shipping! We put all packaged hoops in poly mailers with taped down edges to reduce the chance of damage during shipping. JAMhoops Limited focuses on using the most eco-friendly materials for shipping!
Does JAMhoops offer international shipping?
Yes! JAMhoops Limited offers international shipping with tracking. It starts at $55 USD and is expected to arrive in an estimated 6-10 days.
What shipping service does JAMhoops Limited use?
JAMhoops Limited ships packages via USPS or UPS. All packages are insured up to $50 and come with a tracking number.
Can I order a custom JAMhoop? What if I want a size that is not listed?
Yes JAMhoops Limited offers custom hoops! Please shoot us an email at info@jamhoopslimited.com and we can help you create the hoop of your dreams! If you see something that is out of stock or not in the size/tubing you are looking for please email us.
What if I decide I do not like the hoop I ordered?
Shoot us an email at info@jamhoopslimited.com with your order number and we will assist you with the return process. All returns must be in perfect condition and received at our shop within one week of you receiving the item. There will be a 30% restocking fee on each item returned.
JAMhoop Care
How do I prevent my JAMhoop from getting banged up?
We expect every JAMhoop to arrive to you in perfect condition. If you repeatedly drop your JAMhoop on rough, textured surfaces such as gravel, asphalt, or concrete the decorative tape will wear away. JAMhoops Limited offers an add on option for protective tape. The protective tape may help your hoop stay in better shape longer but it will not prevent scratches forever. Once the protective tape is scratched off, the decorative tape is then exposed and it will be the next to wear down. Protective tape does add a little bit of weight but not much. We suggest that beginners use their JAMhoops on soft surfaces away from anything that you may scrape it on!
How long does it take to build my JAMhoop?
Build time varies depending on how many orders I get in, but typically 1 1/2 to 2 weeks during a busy period, and 1 to 1 1/2 during slow periods. This does not include shipping time. The current build time will always be posted on the main page of the website.
Do you sell bulk tubing/tape?

What kind of tubing should I get?
JAMhoops Limited offers a variety of different tubing materials and hoops. From beginner and fitness hoops, to more advanced tubing like polypro. If you're a beginner JAMhoops Limited recommends a PE beginner hoop or an HDPE hoop. Both of these tubing options carry a little extra weight and are more durable in all seasons. HDPE tubing is also slightly softer than polypro. Polypro tubing is the lightest tubing we offer, it is fast moving and rigid. This is usually chosen by more advanced hoopers, or hoopers looking to advance.
What size hoop should I get?
